Summer Fes. '14

Summer. We join at least two Matsuri, festival come from Buddhism or Shinto manner, with playing taiko.

One is Shinto Matsuri that was held at 27th July, very very hot day.
We usually spend time from 10AM to 6 PM, in other words whole day, for the Matsuri usual years. Unfortunately, in other wards fortunately, this year we had no enough members in daylight. So we started from 4 PM this time. Taiko is played to muster people before Mikoshi, portable shrine that people carry on their shoulders, start to move. This year we follow it only the way Mikoshi went back to Real shrine.

Another is Buddhism Matsuri, we call it Bon-Odori, 3rd August, in local town. I intended to excuse because we have moved out the town while ago. I said to my son, but he said he would like to play! "Oh, you want?", saying, I was pleased very much in heart. You know 14 years boy, little bit difficult and hate to do something in front of people. I think he want to play for his neighbor town that he born and grew up.
He hasn’t imagined we would play on the superior stage, though.

My son had cold and fever in that day, but it was gone with sweat and receiving great cheering from audience. Fever was given to audience!
